Stafford Veterinary Physiotherapy will always provide the best care to your animals, and we will always put your animals' welfare first.

Prior to treatment, we will need to receive a referral form from your vet, in order for us to conform to the Veterinary Surgeons Act 1996.

As we are both mobile and have our own base, you will be told of any additional charges, such as petrol costs. If you are within 10 miles of Stafford there will be no charges for petrol. Thereafter, a 20p/mile charge will be added to the overall cost of treatment.

 

Initial consults will cost £50 lasting 1-1.5 hours. Thereafter sessions will be 45 mins - 1 hour costing £40. Payment will be taken on the day of treatment.

We also offer habituation sessions for 15 minutes costing £10.

If consultations are cancelled more than 24 hours before the session, there will be no cancellation charge. However, if consultations are cancelled less than 24 hours, there will be a cancellation charge of £10. 

 

If you believe your pet has any contagious disease please cancel your appointment.

To prevent Covid-19 spread, masks are to be worn when your animal is being treated, I will be wearing a mask and a visor for both mobile and in-house treatments, along with sanitising between patients. Alcoholic hand gel will be provided upon entry. 

 

I have the right to refuse to treat if Covid-19 precautions are not met for both mobile and in-house treatments.

If you have had Covid-19 symptoms in the previous 2 weeks, please cancel your appointment and we can look to re-arrange when we know you are all clear.
